    The quality of your experience at this store will depend on your salesperson. A few months ago I needed a new couch and was fortunate because I got a salesperson (Larry) who was patient, asked good questions to better understand what I was looking for, and I ended up buying something I wasn't originally considering, but turns out to be perfect. The couch was delivered on time, and by courteous staff. So, when I needed a new bed I called the store (I knew the model and numbers, so why actually go to the store) - big mistake. Ended up speaking with Trish/Tricia? and Eric - I was very specific in that I needed the box spring, mattress and "thing to keep it off the floor". They asked if I wanted a mattress protector as well - sure, why not. I spelled out my email address and gave my payment info to Eric. He managed to not enter the email correctly, so I never received any of the paperwork. I repeatedly stated that I needed the mattress, box spring and "thing to keep it off the floor" and I was told I had everything I needed. I had to call customer support to give them my info so I could get a delivery time. The delivery was on time, and the guys were quite professional, but they only had the mattress, box spring and mattress protector. Because apparently Eric had never included a frame in the transaction. So I called the store, and spoke with Carol. Who told me that she would email me what I should have received from Eric, and that there was no frame on the purchase. And gave me a different number to call to get one ordered. SO I called that number, and they can't do anything for me, because the item needs to be ordered thru the store. So they send me back to Carol, who says all the salespeople are busy but one will call me shortly. It has been 2 hours. No call. And why couldn't Carol take care of it herself? A minus 6 star review for this experience - no sign of anyone giving a darn that their staff messed up, and no sign of anyone willing to step up and make things right.

    I’m one of the few customers that came in with a floor plan. And explained to Mark this is my living room and size. Him and his manager were more concerned to take pictures of my floor plan rather than help me. I received an email to confirm delivery and noticed that Mark didn’t even have my end table I wanted. I called and the man who answered the phone was completely immature. I feel like ashely furniture is like a car dealership with their show. He was ineffective at selling. This is what really sets me off: I came in with a floor plan and you couldn’t even sell me anything that fits. I PERSONALLY AND HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ASHLEY FURNITURE IN MIAMISBURG.
