Once the carpet was put down I felt that there was an issue with the seam that I was not comfortable with and Bockrath and Karastan agreed to replace it. What great customer service from a locally owned store. I would strongly recommend them. Not to forget the crew that did the installation, Kevin and John, great job. They were very professional and took pride in their work. Thank you Bockrath!
