  Kudo's to Julian Farley and his crew for their perseverance and customer focused approached to correcting a tricky problem with my gas fireplace. During their busy time of the year they were responsive and handled the issue in a professional manner. Thanks again for a job well done!

  I've had communication issues with the company. I spent a significant amount of money to have two units installed. One of the insert units did not fit flush into the existing fireplace (old woodburning unit) and it can just be pulled out by a hand jiggle. That's right, my 5 year old can pull the insert out as nothing holds it in there. Also, there is an unsightly gap. Their solution to this is was, "maybe you should call a mason." I never would have replaced the woodburning fireplace had I known that this would be an issue. Obviously, I am not a fireplace expert. They left me, the customer, holding the bag. Take this review seriously. I am not the complaining type. I will post photos soon.
