  Let's just say the management team let a $2,800 sale go across the street to Lowe's due to horrible customer service. There is a guy named David in appliances that is great but everyone else was so bad we called corporate. Corporate told us the store manager will contact us and sure enough he had to call back and be the messenger for the store manager. The whole thing is over respect and customer service. At 1st I would've blamed the age and lack of training of the Customer service desk associate but now I see it all starts at the top. They have lost our business for sure. There are other places to buy appliances and office contracting supplies.
