  I can't speak to the experience of others at this store, but my wife and I recently purchased roughly 450 sq. ft of engineered hardwood from this location and had a great experience. They did seem to be understaffed when we went to purchase, as there were quite a few customers and only two employees, and I think that on the weekends they tend to be pretty crowded and could use another employee. But I was impressed with how attentive our specialist Robert "Bobby" Lauer was. He was obviously not flustered and handled the crowd well. Bobby was also patient and attentive with us as we figured out exactly what we needed, and he did his best to get us a great deal. I was very happy with our experience with this store, and specifically with Bobby. I would not hesitate to purchase from him again.

  I know that this is a wearhouse setting but would it hurt you to have somewhat of a dress code? One of the “salesman” that works in the Dayton store has his underwear hanging out of his sagging pants every time I go in there. Also pointed out a package with damaged flooring and the guy helping me load said that it was okay he still handed it out to customers and just told them that they need to use those pieces for cut pieces. If you had any ethics or morals, making someone pay full price and knowingly giving damaged products out is ridiculous! Only reason they get two stars is because I like my flooring, not that they have anything to do with that!
