  I rented a stove and refrigerator from the East Town location and I paid on these items for 4 months before needing car repairs so I had to let them go back for a month ...i was promised the items would be held for me till I reinstated my payments so when the items were bright back to me they were not what I sent back...the refrigerator was all scratched and dinged up and even had a DIFFERENT serial number than the one I returned...when I called to ask the manager what happened she got irate and called me an idiot saying it was the one I sent back when I told her I had written down the serial number she said I was a liar...I WOULDN'T STOP IN THAT STORE TO USE THE RESTROOM LET ALONE RENT ANYTHING FROM THERE AGAIN...I went to AARONS and I've been a HAPPY customer for over a year now...THANK YOU PREMIER !!! I'M SURE AARONS THANKS YOU TOO....OHHH AND THERE CHEAPER TOO

  I have been renting from premier rental for a long time now, almost every piece of furniture I have, I rented from them. Scott, the store manager is a great man. He is willing to work with his customers to help meet their needs. I have never been treated badly or unfair from the people that work there They are a great bunch of people! There is something wrong with the people who have nothing to say but negative things about the store. It's a great place to rent from, if you are looking for beautiful furniture, excellent customer service. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Premier Rental Purchase, I absolutely love you guys.   I have been renting from Premier on and off for 15 years. I have had nothing but good experiences. I would and do recommend any one to go and check them out, ask for Scott tell him Dionne sent you.

  I was having a really bad day because my fridge went out and I had lost everything in my fridge. My neighbors recommended Premier to me. From the moment I walked in until I left every single person was ever so friendly to me and it was very warming and welcoming. Then Matt delivered my new fridge at 1 pm and was awesome. I can't express how amazing and friendly they are. I HIGHLY recommend anyone and everyone to go to Premier. Thank y'all for being so helpful and friendly with a fast delivery
