  I am not sure I would recommend this store. Manager was nice but he jacked up our entire Family phone plan up after just simply going in and getting a new phone for ONE line that was broken. And now we are paying surcharges and all kinds of stuff that he told us we wouldn't be paying. I am now spending hours with Sprint Chat Support to get it fixed. I would steer clear and find a corporate store or do this all over the phone. I will attempt to contact the store manager and if he can fix, I will modify my review. Just disappointed at this point. Generally have had good service with Sprint. Longtime customer but if I can't get this fixed I am going to Verizon.
