I called ahead of time to check if an appointment was necessary or if walk in was best, I was told to just walk in. So we did. We were greeted upon arrival and then told someone would be with us shortly so we sat down to wait. Well as we were waiting two other groups of people came in after us and their names were added to a waiting list. No one offered to put our names on a list so here we were waiting even longer (and with two infants this wasn't fun for anyone). Finally they get around to helping us and the guy was nice enough but uninformed (either that or he chose to play stupid to get more money out of us). He sold us two Samsung phones, glass screen protectors, and phone cases. He told us that we had 2 weeks to decide if we were happy with our phones or not and if we weren't we could return them (with a $45 restocking fee of course). Well less than 3 days after our visit to the store the glass screen protector literally fell off of my husband's phone. Apparently the curved screen was not conducive to the particular protector the store employee selected for him. Additionally the touch screen has not been working properly on my phone since we got it either. Letters don't type on the keyboard, certain areas cannot be tapped to select whatever it is I'm trying to select and of course after researching possible solutions I find there are none, it's just something you have to deal with if you want a screen protector because the touch isn't sensitive enough (and there is no way to adjust the sensitivity settings on this phone). Now here we are almost 3 weeks after getting our new phones and my screen protector literally falls off my phone as well. Why didn't we go return items or talk to someone at the store? Well because we are a military family and we were just passing through for the holidays. Guess we are SOL and out about $80 (but at least my touch screen works now that the protective glass is off my phone). Oh and one last issue, just in case all of that wasn't enough... the guy that "helped" us never removed our old phones from our AT&T next plan so my bill showed up with extre devices and nearly $60 higher than it should have been.
