  If your looking for a nice product at a reasonable cost then this place works perfect. If you need that product installed ( ie fireplace, pool, etc) run very far away. Issues: 1) stated product would be installed in less than 3 weeks. They tried to schedule me over 6 weeks out despite product being available 2) sent out 2 burners and no ceramic logs requiring a trip back to fix the issue 3) when I paid a plumber to come hook up the unit they discovered that the burner box had been tampered with and parts were missing 4) when I finally get everything set up I come to find they’ve given me the wrong remote Moral of story: you can find an equally good product with much better customer service
